How was the directory created?
I use a CGI script called Links 2.0 which is available at Gossamer Threads. I also went in and heavily modified the script using several user-created mods which are also available at Gossamer's site. Every once in a while I get the whim to add a new feature to the search engine (even if it only affects the backend and no one sees it) and the search engine goes wonky.
What program do you use to make your site?(answered by Abby)
I am a big geek and type all my page codes by hand. I do use an HTML editor called FirstPage which is available from EvrSoft.
What program do you use to make your graphics?
As a webmaster, I use Photoshop and/or PaintShop Pro.. depends how I'm feeling. :-)
Where do you host your site?
Currently the site is being Hosted at Pete99.Com.
How can my site get on the "Editor's Pick" page?
I have no set criteria in place when I choose a site to be on the Editor's Pick page. I just choose sites that happen to catch my eye. Design and content are really important to me. Just because I haven't made a site a "Pick" doesn't mean anything. It just hasn't caught my eye yet.
