Purpose
After doing a bit of surfing one night looking for Passions sites, I thought it would be a great idea to have a search engine for folks to find as many Passions sites as possible. Thus PassionsSearch was born in my mind. This is a resource for the online Passions community. You won't find fan fiction or anything of that sort on the site but you can find links to many wonderful sites that have what you are looking for. This site will only be useful if we all work together. Please tell others about this site, link to us, and, most importantly, add your site!!
Behind the Search Engine
This search engine script is a heavily modified version of Links 2.0 distributed by Gossamer Threads. This search engine is a work in progress as I think of more features I want to add. From time to time there may be some strange things occurring - like sites not being where they are supposed to be or being in the wrong section (new, updated, cool, etc.) but they get hammered out from time to time.
About the Owners
My name is Renee`. I am 34 and have been watching NBC's Passions since it first aired. I also own and run PassionsForLife.Com for approximately 4 years. I enjoy Passions even though it is extremely frustrating at this time. Although I am on the front lines between here and my other site, I have to give credit where credit is due. The sites are maintained fully by Pete the Webmaster. Without Pete's hard work, dedication and tolerance for my demanding changes, these sites would not exist.
